Journey: Funnel

A Funnel report, at different predefined points in the journey, gives the number of contacts that went through this point at the moment the report was generated. These locations correspond to Checkpoint components in the journey. These components are often positioned where contact action is required such as an email, a form, or an entry point.

Monitoring this series of checkpoints provides a funnel view giving information on drop-out points in the journey.  Analyzing these funnels allows marketers to detect if changes made to the dropout points have an impact on the drop-out rate.
