The Journey Incidents report lists all incidents of problems that have occurred over all journeys grouped in a single chart. The lower graph represents the top 10 journeys with the most incidents.
Incidents include anything that causes a problem during execution of the journey, as reported in the system logs. Some examples of issues would be an object that cannot be found or a link that is not valid, etc.
