Use: Progress bars are status indicators that visualize the progress within the form. There are 2 types:
- progress bar
- page indicator
Options:
- Show Progress bar: hides/shows the progress control
- Textual progress indication:

- None: No progress indication will be displayed
- Percentage: Displays a percentage indicator
- Page indication: Displays the number of pages done versus the number of pages to do.
