Use: rate a specific question with a slider
Options:
- Minimum value: starting value of the slider scale. Negative values are allowed.
- Maximum value: ending value of the slider scale. Negative values are allowed.
- Step value: value attributed to each intermediate step
- Show scale: the scaling is shown on the slider bar
- Show scale numbers: display the scale numbers on the slider with the possibility to display them above or below
