When designing a journey, notes can be added to the Design canvas. These can be used to keep track of how the different steps in the journey work, to help co-editors understand the journey flow, or simply to inform others of steps still to take.
Notes can be added at any position on the canvas and are not necessarily related to a specific step in the journey. Note blocks are created at the position from where the right click pop-up menu is called and a maximum of 512 characters is allowed.
Notes can be added in 2 ways
- Through drag and drop from the Components panel on the right
- By right clicking the canvas and selecting Add Note option from the drop-down menu.
Text in the Note box can be edited inline and when saved is directly visible on the canvas:
