Live Content - Webscrape

The Webscrape widget allows you to search the Internet to pull images off of a page you specify.

Select type 'Webscrape'. The following configuration panel is available:

1. Enter the URL that points to the page where an image should be scraped from.

2. You can set the width of the website, useful when working with mobile websites.

NOTE: When a website is built responsive, the same URL points to the normal desktop website as well as the mobile. By allowing the content to adapt the width (<480), you can connect to the mobile version of the website from a desktop.

3. Click the Scrape URL button to retrieve the page. On this page you can select a block of text, an image, the header or whatever you want to include in the email.

You can move the box around and change the size by dragging the borders. The Size and position fields are adapted accordingly. Or you can enter the exact position and size in the input fields at the top. The box will move and resize automatically.

4. When you have the box set to the desired size and position, click Save.

5. When the image is defined, click Preview to check the result.
