Using Viral and Product Components in a journey
Triggered journeys
Event Driven journeys with Action Lists
This instructor led demo introduces the Campaign Viral and Product Components with a use case based on sending customers invitations to an event. We start with a review of the relevant data lists and relations, then build a journey with forms, pages, emails, and the viral component. The Product Assign Component is used to reserve a “seat” at the event for customers that accept.
This instructor led demo uses a lunch order email use case to build a Triggered Journey, also introducing the Live Content Rule-Based Image asset to define different header images based on the recipient’s current location when they open the email.
This instructor led demo walks through an abandoned cart email use case to introduce Action Lists, allowing you to create emails that will trigger in response to contact actions.

Using SQL Containers in Pages
Building Templates: Part 1 - Using Article Containers
Building Templates: Part 2 - Visualizations
This instructor led demo creates a journey with a page that shows all the customers that have currently accepted a “seat” at the event we described in the Viral and Product Demo. This page will use an SQL Container to dynamically pull the most recent data each time the page loads.
The first part in this instructor led demo series about Templates introduces the article container. We will discuss the data schema that will be used throughout the five-part demo, build a newsletter template, and use Express to send an email based on this template.
The second part in this instructor led demo series about Templates will build on the template created in the first part, adding visualizations to the product display to vary the display of products between right and left display of images.

Lesson 8
Lesson 9
Building Templates: Part 3 - Matching
Building Templates: Part 4 - Conditional Filters
Building Templates: Part 5 - External Content
The third part in this instructor led demo series about Templates continues to build on the work done in the first two parts, using a filter to match the products that will be displayed to the recipient’s Audience list data.
The fourth part of this instructor led demo series about Templates adds to the filtering done in the third part of this series by further restricting the products displayed based on the recipient’s gender. We also look at grouping and priority to group products by color and sort them by price to further refine the results that appear in the email.
The fifth and final part of this instructor led demo series about Templates introduces the ability to pull external content into article containers using XML or RSS feeds. The course also discusses the use of the Broadcast API to automate sending.

Building a Survey: Part 1
Building a Survey: Part 2
Building a Survey: Part 3
The first part of this instructor led demo about Forms will walk through building a multi-lingual customer satisfaction survey Form and using that form in a Journey.
The second part of this instructor led demo about Forms builds on the customer satisfaction survey Form we built in the first part, adding rules and page jumps to customize the Form’s display based on customer data and responses. We also look at creating and using matrices, and then create a finish page to let recipients know when they have completed the survey.
The third and final part of this instructor led demo about Forms demonstrates the use of styling to customize the look of the Form, further details on how to deploy your Form in a Journey, and a look at how to get reports on participants’ responses.
