Corrections

Resumed mails lose actionlist context. This is no longer allowed now.
Corrected XSS filter blacklist: inadvertent matching with innocent content is now prevented
Editor now correctly shows CAMPAIGN.STATE instead of CAMPAIGN/STATE
If a campaign fails to compile, it is no longer executed
A default cache settings is now available
[EFORM] An empty popup is now shown instead of error message when using a reserved sql keyword as the field to store answers for a question
