New features in Campaign

As a team, we are committed to continuously improve on the services delivered to our customers. One of the steps is to provide easy access to our knowledge base for all our users. Therefore, we have recently deployed a publicly available online help from the following URL https://getstarted.selligent.com providing knowledge articles on features up to the latest version of all our modules.

All applications have been adapted to now point to this new URL. This is also the case for Campaign versions starting from V6.39.

What does this mean for you?

As a user of Campaign prior to Version 6.39, you are currently accessing a SAAS based online help, via the Help icon in the Campaign Module.

However, from October 2023, on-premise Campaign customers and SAAS Campaign customers with a version prior to 6.39 will no longer be able to access the help via the question mark button "?" in the platform. Instead, the publicly available help should be used.

To prepare for this change, we would like to advise you to replace any bookmarks created for the old help files with the new URL. This will provide access to the latest updates of our products as well as Release notes and important messaging.
