Client Prerequisites

Following set of rights should be verified if a user experiences problems using the tools:

.NET Framework (most recent version) is required
read and write rights on the user's ApplicationData folder (used to store information on launched installations and general info regarding the launcher)
read and write rights on the user's temp folder (used for download, deployment and launch of Campaign)
Read and write rights on following Registrykey: "SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run (used to toggle to automatic start of the launcher)
Microsoft Word for document merge
In addition, Vista and Windows 7 users need to install the “Microsoft dhtml editing control” component before being able to use the Form. This component is available from the following URL: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=b769a4b8-48ed-41a1-8095-5a086d1937cb&displaylang=en
