- Name: enter a suitable name for the element
- Visible rows: enter the number of visible rows. When more than one row is visible, the multi-select option becomes available.
- Multi-select: select the option if the contact must be able to select more than one entry in the list box.
- Define the Prefill options:

- Field: if the inserted list box is an already existing field, it can be selected. If the field is left blank, the next options will be greyed out.
- Prefill with field definition: prefill the list box with the predefined values for the optionlist set on this field.
- Prefill using a customized option list: enter the value and caption of the customized list box. The caption is displayed in the form, the value is stored.
