As we said in the previous example, when there are multiple newsletter types, each one has it proper optin field. When a contact is not opted in for a type, the value will be 0 or empty.
In this example we want to retrieve the contacts that have opted in for the weekly newsletter (OPTIN_WEEKLY=1) and that have not opted in for the daily deals (AND (OPTIN_DAILY=0 or OPTIN_DAILY is empty))
