Journey Report

Journey reports can help you gain better insight into the effectiveness of your campaign and identify any message delivery issues. You can evaluate campaign performance, analyze message traffic over different channels, view the devices used, etc.

The 'Journeys' tab at the top gives access to all reports and statistics for the journeys stored in the Selligent environment.

In the contextual tree view on the left, you can access the following features:

REPORTS — A list of reports for all journeys is provided

  • Dashboard — Provides a chronological overview of all journeys with some major KPI's.
  • Journey execution — Lets you view activity on all journeys.
  • Incidents — Shows incidents that occurred on all journeys.
  • Browse — Lets you search for a journey.

NOTE: From each of these entries, you can click any listed journey to display  reports for it.

FILTERS — Click on any of the following links to narrow down the returned results in the Dashboard:

  • Recently modified
  • Active — All journeys with state 'Active'
  • Resource intensive — Only journeys with important execution times are listed
  • Planned — Planned, but not yet triggered journeys

Lastly, depending on the settings of the journey, following entries are also in the tree:

  • Journey categories — Per category defined in the settings, an entry is listed and reporting is split per category
  • Custom reports — Reports created with context 'journeys' or 'journey' are listed here and can be accessed directly from the tree.
