1. Create a new list and select type 'Product list'
2. ITEM_TYPE is the only field describing the product. We will use it to store the type of product: "ticket". Add two new fields to the list, 'PRODUCTNAME' and PRODUCTIMAGE, these will hold the concert name and image.
3. We will add the concert tickets in the journey. So the next step is to create a product journey.
