Personalizing the content

Content can be personalized in multiple ways:

  • By adding personalization fields making the content personal to the target. Fields from the Audience List, 1:1 linked lists can be used as well as fields from data selections and Custom Events linked to the audience.
  • By adding some emoticons.
  • By setting visibility constraints on specific parts of the content so some information is shown to some contacts and not to others for instance
  • By adding system values (for instance for the current date).
  • By creating variables to allow the user to change the final look of the content or condition the display of content when sending the message
