Express allows non tech-savvy users to create and send email newsletters, without having to be an expert at HTML design. Express provides a simple and clean interface to edit the content of newsletters based on a predefined email template. This email template is designed in Selligent Editor. When an email is created in Express, the journey will also be automatically created.
1. Before being able to create Express emails, the email template needs to be created first in the Editor
2. Once it exists, it can be selected in Express to create an Express email and fill it with articles.
