When a journey is created from a template with content placeholder in it, the user can add additional components to the design in that placeholder by simple drag and drop from the components panel on the right. A placeholder in a message looks like this:
Placeholders can be positioned anywhere within the template.
The following type of content can be added from the components panel on the right to the placeholder:
Text components are edited in the message itself. The other components are edited in the properties panel on the right.
